Millennial Management: The Workforce of the Future
This past May I had the privilege to speak at a National Creditors Bar Association conference in Minneapolis, MN where I shared my thoughts on managing the notorious group “Millennials” (which I am proudly a part of).
In this talk, I share some background, some insight, and the key to successful management of the Millennial generation. The answer is a simple one. Successful management of millennials starts AND ends with one thing: Company Culture.
